It felt like a betrayal.

It shouldn’t have. He was still there, still close and present and here . Yet, it felt like he had left, as if what we shared had been reduced to a sort of hobby – or maybe even some tedious side-task.

It felt like a betrayal.

But, he had responsibilities. Had to keep it together, place less ‘burdens’ on him – he was killing himself with other tasks as it was – and so he just kept smiling. It felt like a betrayal.

It felt like a betrayal.

It shouldn’t have – not logically. Logic, however, didn’t change a thing.

Yes there was a reason for this fic..and a fandom in mind..and hey..i know its sorta generic and cliche..its sorta suppose to be.
